Corporate Plan - Draft

Overview

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is consulting on their draft Corporate Plan for the period 2023 – 2027. 

What is a Corporate Plan?

• The Corporate Plan sets out the vision of the organisation, its values and priorities.  It is the roadmap for delivering Council’s Community Plan 2017 – 2030, the overarching strategy for the Borough, which was developed by all the relevant statutory partners in consultation with local people and communities.
• The three draft values in the Corporate Plan will shape the culture, behaviour, decision making and overall identity of the organisation. 1. People Centred 2. Leaders and 3. Responsible
• The draft plan proposes five priorities, and in each priority we have stated three commitments of what we are going to do and provide examples of actions to help us achieve the commitments.  The priorities for council in the corporate plan are;

1. Environment and Place
2. Community Wellbeing
3. Economic Growth
4. Service Delivery
5. Staff, Leadership and Resources

Why your views matter

The Corporate Plan represents our aspirations and our dedication to continuous improvement.  While much has been achieved to date, we are ambitious to improve and build on our achievements.  This plan details how we will do this through our priorities.

What happens next

The online survey will close on Friday 16 February 2024.

The feedback received during this consultation will be considered in the final Corporate Plan.  We will listen to your views and will provide feedback on how public input has influenced the final plan.
