Off-Street Parking Order
Overview
Off-Street Parking
The off-street parking function was transferred to all local authorities in April 2015. Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is proposing to draft it's own off-street parking order which is an update of the Off-Street Parking Order (NI) 2000. This does not change the cost of parking, nor does it introduce any further contraventions, nor does it alter the rate of a Penalty Charge Notice.
This consultation will give you the opportunity to make comment on an individual clause or any number of clauses within the draft Off-Street Parking Order, if so desired. Please note that the draft legislation is split into four parts containing numbered clauses and two schedules.
