Overview

As part of Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council's aim to provide a quality service to the public we are inviting the public to take part in a survey as part of a review of the Council’s telephony services. The seven short questions will ask your views on various aspects of our telephony services. We are particularly interested in responses from members of the public who have contacted the Council using the telephone and what their views are regarding the service. .

Why We Are Consulting

We are carrying out this survey to gain a better understanding of the public's satisfaction regarding Council telephony services and to identify any improvements that are required to increase satisfaction when interacting with Council over the telephone. Your response from this survey will be analysed to help us develop a more satisfactory telephony service.
