Overview

This survey is to find out the thoughts and opinions of buskers who have taken part in Buskfest 2024. 

We appreciate you taking approx 5 minutes of your time to provide feedback on the event.

You do not need to complete all sections or questions. All the information collected will be treated anonymously. This means no one else will be able to tell who took part in the consultation. ONLY fill in your contact details at the end of the survey if you wish to receive a copy of the responses you have entered and/or if you wish to be added to our mailing list to keep updated on future events.

Purpose and lawful basis for processing
Our purpose for processing your personal data is to find out your thoughts and opinions regarding Buskfest 2024.

The lawful basis we are relying on to process your personal data is Article 6 (1) (a) of the UK GDPR, which allows us to process personal data when the individual has given clear consent for us to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

What we need
In this consultation, you will be asked to provide your email address at the end, should you wish to receive an email copy of your responses. You do not have to provide your email.  We will also process any other personal data you choose to provide in your response to the consultation questions.

What we do with it
Council will collate the response into a report, shared internally, as part of a review into the event – i.e. what went well, what did not and how we can improve the event going forward.   Your personal data will not be included in the report. Council will compile the information received into a report for internal use only. Council may include sections of this report in an overall event report, which may be published.

How long we keep it?
The consultation opens on 22 June and closes on 5 July 2024. The responses will be stored on secure servers for 1 year to assist with preparations for any future event.

Do we use any data processors?
Delib is the company which maintains the Citizen Space service.  This service provides the online consultation platform for Armagh Banbridge Craigavon Council to design and publish online public engagement activities including consultations. This is also the service used by Armagh Banbridge Craigavon Council when third parties are commissioned to carry out engagement activities, unless otherwise stated.

Armagh Banbridge Craigavon Council is the Data Controller, Delib is the Data Processor and Rackspace Limited, which hosts the consultation platform, is a Sub-processor.

Do we transfer data overseas?

Any responses submitted by you to our engagement and consultation activities are processed on our behalf by Delib.  All data is stored in the UK in secure data centres operated and managed by Delib’s chosen Infrastructure as a Service provider.

We are seeking your feedback as Buskfest participants. This feedback gained will help us to improve the service offered and develop our offering. We value your opinions and thoughts. 

What happens next

Once the survey has closed, all comments will be reviewed and analysed. This feedback will be used to evaluate and develop the programme in subsequent years.
